How to have a precise control on a op-amp based LFO?

Recently I am playing with tremulus lune LFO (schematic below)

By experimental with different component value I got a pretty good result with the voltage swing and speed range. Just wonder how to have a precise control on the LFO like the amplitude/offset. Is there any good article good for beginner?

I think R.G. did a dissection of the schmitt/integrator osc in the last 18 months, but don't ask me what the thread was. I found this via a popular search engine (there are others):

I really liked the oscillator in the cardinal tremolo.  A couple more parts, but it might be exactly what you're looking for. Search this forum.

Edit - looks like he's pulled the drawing.  He sells. He's a very good musician and as such has a hard time holding down a real job. So no schematic.  Maybe I drew out my LFO somewhere.

I built a lune and had a similar problem - I wanted to get the full range out of the LDR. The cardinal v2 LFO was perfect.
this is the LFO output arrangement I copied from the Cv2.  This seems to cycle around the 4.5v reference.  Can't exactly remember why, but I was told it would fix the problem and it did.

It's Midway Fair's LFO output.  Hope you don't mind Jon.  Works really well.

Huh?  Read the Cardinal Tremolo build doc, the schematic is in it: http://1776effects.com/product/cardinal-tremolo-v2/

The link in his original thread is probably just broken because Dropbox changed their rules about public folders so as to break years' worth of forum links.
