hi all,
my friend is using a HM-2 with all pots at max (actually HM-2 clone behringer HM300), i wanna make him a replacement with just a switch and led. i found this for schematic. http://effectslayouts.blogspot.com.tr/2015/10/boss-hm-2-heavy-metal.html

"Original units only have high and low tone controls, but it's easy to add a mids control, and the layout below reflects that. If you don't want the Mids control, simply connect the Mids 2 pad to lug 2 of the Highs pot."
so i did that,
also i connected all lug2 to lug3. (pinkish red lines on image)
putting 250k resistor from dist1 to dist2 (the pot value)
50k hi/low1 to hi/low2 (they ends at same point so i put 50k instead of 2x 100k)
if i count mid pot too, it would be 33k instead of 50k, so assuming that lowering that gives me more mids.

is there anything wrong in what i did? are there any unnecessary components since i remove pots?

P.S. on image it writes 50 and 250 ohm between lug 1&2 (which i put to replace pots), they are 50k and 250k

thanks in advance
