Hello, I was gifted a crowther hot cake, problem is two of the pots shafts have snapped off. The stock pots are very odd, the body is small like an alpha 16mm but the bushing is the larger 3/8 style like you would see on a guitar amp pot. So, first question is does anyone know of any replacement pots like this? Or has anyone come across a sort of reducing bushing or adapter to fit the standard alpha 16mm pots into a larger 3/8 hole?

Thanks!

I've mounted the smaller alphas in 3/8" holes without an adapter or bushing.  The washer should be enough, and just try to keep it all centered while you tighten the nut.

Both CTS and Bourns make miniature pots with 3/8" bushings, else, you can get 3/8" to 8mm bushing adapters from some guitar suppliers like Allparts. But as Thermionix mentions, the washer is usually enough.

Thanks! Those allparts bushings are perfect
