Maestro Brassmaster Switches Not Working GGG ???

I have just completed maestro brass master from GGG following their schematics from their website, except I flipped Q6 opposite direction.

Assembly and schematics here:

I have read up on this thread
http://www.freestompboxes.org/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=3890

And the only thing I understood is to flip Q6 transistor for 180 degrees. I have done so according to the thread and the pedal works.

Except, the 2 switches are not working/behaving properly.

Brass switch (left) works in one position but in the other position makes the sound very quiet almost not audible and very trebly. In the other position it seems to work fine.

Harm switch - when engaged, I hear it clicking but I hear no difference in sound in both positions

Anyone figured the correct wiring for those switches?

Also from what I understood on that Brassmaster thread is that GGG schematics is all correct and you don't have to swipe R22 and R27 except only for Q6 to reverse it ? Am I wrong?

R22 measures 19.12 kohm (soldered to the pcb)

R27 measures 6.79 kohm (soldered to the pcb)

Anyone figured out how to make the switches work ???

I guess you have fixed it by now :P But for anyone else reading this thread, try to replace the 2n5308 transistor. It helped on my brassmaster when having the same problem

Well, since you already bumped it, I have two of these working correctly.  I can give some voltages, etc.
One combination of the switches will be noticeably quieter than the other three.
