stevens hyperdrive

hey guys,

i met a fella in shreveport who has a stevens hyperdrive that
im trying to fix.

it wont distort, it is now just a clean boost with no drive capabilities.
what's up?

any suggestions on how i can fix it?  :lol:

i've never even heard of it!!  heh.

if you can take some hi res photos of the circuit board and component side, and maybe post the values of all the components on it, or better yet trace the schem yourself, you would likely find some help?

yeah, i am on tour now with my band and dont have access to a
camera, but, i figured that there maybe a tell tale sign why a distortion
pedal not to distort but just provide a clean boost.

maybe a problem with diodes are something?

Maybe the bypass switch (if any) isn't bypassing? crazy but it happens. Stomp away & it stays the same. Especially if it is electronic bypass.
