Transistor voltage...is this normal?

I'm using a J201, in the EA tramolo from GGG, and when I measure Q4,
I get 0.0V on the drain, .64V on the Gate, and 0.0v on the source...normally I would figure somethings wrong and did this time, debugging swapping etc etc. But the way it is connected in this ckt makes me conder if these voltage readings are not the problem I'm experiencing with this ckt, [I'm using the parts from my EA modified ckt build of two days ago].
The Jfet Q4 in this ckt doesn't look to have a bias setup [considering the way it connected] as such that I would recognize it...I'm thinking I should have voltage at it's drain [drain connects to the -side of the 22uf  coming off the 180ohm 1.2 siriesed resistors of Q1's emitter...not common I dunno but it seems like the Jfets [Q4] drain should have at least some voltage present...
