Anyone know of a good substitute for this IC. I can't find these anywhere.

Thanks

Mark Hammer

The only thing I know about them is that they are low power, so I can only assume they are used to keep current requirements down in battery-powered pedals where audio quality is not an issue (such as in LFO circuits).  What that means is that you can probably use any garden variety dual op-amp, though you can expect batteries to die a little sooner.  Obviously if you power with wall-wart, that latter aspect is moot.

Just checking - sure you don't mean 'TL072'?

Thanks Mark.

Ge_Whiz,
Nope, I meant the TL022. Its the IC used in the Ibanez Flanger over at Tonepad. It uses 3 of them.

I used TL072 in mine and ik works like a charm.

You have to tweak the pot by the clock a bit to get it working. But the result will be very nice.
