mmmmmm radio shack op amps....

if it is a standard dual op amp that i calls for it should work.  might be a bit noisey.

Noisier than a 4558? RS doesn't make it, TI does.

It calls for a 4558 & a 741. I think all the distortion comes from the 741 + diodes though.
