Tone Pad where are you?

anyone else have any troubles contacting tonepad thru email?
i ordered a board from them on 01FEB04 and still have not received it.
also, i don't get any response though i have emailed them asking if it has been sent yet or if there is some problem with the order.

i'm not trying to bash them here, just wondering what has happened and if anyone here knows what might be going on.
