Hard to see in the pics but they are, from top to bottom, Red, Pink , Blue with an orange stripe along on side indicating polarity.
Cute thing is they even have the shape of a fish  :D
So are these tropical fish tantalums?
Usable or avoid?
Where are the color charts for these and/or tropical fish caps?
Thanks a mllion.
Oh the cores pictured I am wondering about using for a wah inductor...anyone have a clue if these would work?
Pot is for scale.
Thanks!!!!

Try here:    http://members.aol.com/shephed/caps.htm

The capacitor you are explaining, I can't figure out.

I have one of those cheap radio shack cardboard things and mine has no pink on it.

maybe someone else can help!
Peace!

Perhaps it is orange? It could be but it would be a different orange than the orange stripe along the side....salmon maybe

WOw that is bizarre. I thouht perhaps these are red, orange, blue, with an orange stripe as the multiplier but there is no value for an orange multiplier....weird.
Thanks for the link though. Looks like I wll have to dig deeper to solve this one...Hmm.
Thanks Arn!!

I had these digital camera rehearsals at my hard drive, and uploaded these once again at my "pages"

But dunno if these are for any help

Billy,
You are welcome!  I went to //www.excite.com and entered capacitor color codes  and a bunch of listing came up.  Give it a try!
Peace and Good Luck!
