which treble booster do you believe is the best???

Ah! do you have any instructions for correct biasing the Orange Treble/Bass Booster and the Hornby Skewes Treble Booster?

I like the vox treble booster alot. Look at some of these these http://www.boardsprep.com/mp3/treble_boosters.htm

Not too hard to try an Orange, but the passives at the input take some oomph from the circuit.
Another option is socket andor switch the input cap, etc for tone tuning.
Convention creates following, following creates convention.

Hello Hello--
Do not bother with the HB.  Build a Vox or a Rangemaster-style TB for the "real deal" !    [If I remember correctly, the HB doesn't have an input or output cap......it's made to be used with the Zonk Machine.]

Hi,
This BM Treble booster is very good ,no germ ,no biaising, good sustain and singing tone ,very good crunchy machine . Used in conjonction with a Vox style amp, it's a killer king tone!

Hello Hello--
Yeah, the BM is pretty good but it sounds best with the BC182L tranny.
Try to find one of 'em if you can....it does make a difference in tone.
