I'm going to build the Small Clone from Tonepad but there are a few not completely clear to me.
I'm not shure about which capacitors to use.
This is what i tink it should, please correct me if i'm wrong.

1uF      Electrolytic Capacitors
220uF   Electrolytic Capacitors
10uF      Electrolytic Capacitors
0.047   Metal Film Capacitors (is this in uF, pF or nF ?)
0.0047   Metal Film Capacitors
0.0027   Metal Film Capacitors
180pF   Ceramic Disks Capacitors
100pF   Ceramic Disks Capacitors
0.01      Metal Film Capacitors
470pF   Ceramic Disks Capacitors
2.2uF      Tantalum Capacitors
0.015   Metal Film Capacitors
0.0033   Metal Film Capacitors
0.015   Metal Film Capacitors

Most likely 0.047 uF, which is the same as 47nF.

100/180/470 pF might also be available as film cap...

I used 1uf metal film caps from small bear. The box-style caps fit the layout pretty well. Those caps are much better than electrolytic and might make a difference since they are in the signal path.

I used polyster (greencap) caps for anything between 0.001 and 0.47 on my small clone and ceramic below that they worked fine for me.

very lush sounding chorus, I like it as much as my CE-1 and a bit better than my CE-2 - I don't think not using metal film caps has hurt the sound any.
