Another Windows XP question - Help!

Thanks for checking on that for me. I have Windows 2000 Professional at work, I thought maybe it was a file that was common to all versions, but I guess not. Do you have any .kbd files on your machine?

Do you have a config.cb file on your machine? If you do, all I need to do is find out what it says under this line: "[keyboard]"
Mine currently says uskbd.kbd, IIRC.

I have a hunch that this could fix the problem. I would like to try this route before doing the drastic stuff...

Sorry Paul no such file. I'm searching all hidden and Windows files too. Maybe later when I get home from work I can manually check the Windows files.
