I like to put on the tune "Gods Of Rapture" by Meshuggah every once in a while. I love the "Hey look guys, It's Alan Holdsworth!" type solo too. Cracks me up every time. I only consume this stuff in small doses, but I like it, especially when I want to smash and break things. It has to be be EVIL-PROG-METAL though, cuz regular prog-metal blows chunks. Please God, don't make me listen to Dream Theater and expect me not to laugh hysterically and then vomit.
