Anyone have PCB for Shocktave from Joe Davisson

Im looking to build an octave down pedal and the Shocktave sounds pretty fun. Im wondering if anyone has built one and made a PCB for it? Being a newbie the PCBs are a life saver.

I made the board- but Im stumpped on the pots- what value and how should I wire them up.

Joes site seems to be down otherwise I would have checked his for a reference.
