Is there a digram floating around on how to do this?

Thanks all!

Check out the switchwiring diagram on this page.  Scroll all the way to the bottom of the pdf file and you will see how to wire a 3pdt switch.

I found something close to that at GGG.
Let me see if I have a grasp of this- So the IN on the board would instead go to a jack that feeds to the IN of a pedal and the OUT of the board on the diagram would be a jack returning from the OUT of the external pedal?

Thanks!!!

I'm not sure what you mean.

Basically, the switch will flip between the poles that feed the signal to the board and the poles that bypass the boards.  So, you will have one pole that goes to the "in" on the board.  Another pole to go to the "out" on the board.  Then you will have a pole that your "in" jack will go to and a pole that your "out" jack will go to.

Go read http://geofex.com/FX_images/milltbbx.gif for the connections to a DPDT switch with a millenium bypass. Then read http://geofex.com/FX_images/stompsw.gif for some graphic means of wiring a 3PDT. You can use the 3PDT wiring in the schemo for the TBB.

In response to the questions in the forum - PCB Layout for Musical Effects is available from The Book Patch. Search "PCB Layout" and it ought to appear.

I have found 3 different sites talking about wiring a 3pdt, each one with a different layout. Is there one thats better than the other?

Which would be best- the one at Tonepad, GGG, or GEO?

Thanks!

I found that a bit confusing at first, too.  Basically, there are a million ways to skin a cat.  Same goes for wiring switches.
