EQ using opamps

I saw somewhere a 2 or 3 band EQ using an opamp. I can't remember where I saw that one. Does anyone know what it was and where it is? I want to give it a try in a breadboard.

Check out the datasheet for the TL082 opamp.  There is a three band EQ on page 9.
