Tube Screamer - Mouser Part #'s

I need to repair - again - a TS-5 with a bad switch. Does anyone know a Mouser part # for this? I can't seem to find one. The TS-5 switch is different from the TS-9 switch that Small Bear carries (TS-5 is a vertical switch). I can shoe-horn one in there but I prefer not to.

I also need to change the input jacks on a Nobels ODR-1. These are similar to a Tube Screamer jack - Circuit board mounted, plactic, enclosed jacks. Does Mouser carry these? I can't find one of those in their catalog either.  Thanks

He's sick. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's brother's girlfriend heard from this guy who knows this kid who's going with a girl who saw Ferris pass-out at 31 Flavors last night. I guess it's pretty serious.  :?
