i need to find the Toshiba TOTX173 TOSlink optical transmitter, to build a toslink output for my audigy2, do you know an online retailer or some other place where i can find it? possibly in europe, but if it's in the US it's good as well, as long as they don't have outrageous shipping fees...
thanks!  :)

Not exactly the one you are looking for, but //www.pollin.de has a Toslink transmitter for 0.95â,¬ (no. 450 572)

You can easily build this yourself btw, all you need is a red LED (certain wavelength though) and a small resistor, you simply hook it up to the digital out. If you want to build the deluxe version you include a hex inverter to buffer the TTL signal but it usually works without it (added an SPDIF output to my cd-rom drive that way).
