using the layout at GEO, are the pots rightside up or upside down ? IE, pin 1, left or right ?

This project has been kinda annoying...with the LED polarity problems and my own problems with too small and too big drill bits and all....I wanna get this right the first time, not through trial and error.

if you're looking at the layout - and you have the board face up in front of you... the layout picture shows the bottom of the pot.

As if you have the pots mounted in the box.. and the board is going in so you can see the components..
