semi-OT (Rehearsal space, PHZ Arizona!??)

Anyone know of a good rehearsal space here in PHX AZ area? needs to be 24 hour access, and AC (so nothing warps) other than that... we are just on a tight budget... so we don't need anything fancy.

If you find one, let me know too!     We're kind of limited in our drummer-seeking, since we've got to keep our apt. neighbors happy.  It's too hot to play in the garage.
