The neat thing is that the on-line quote lets you play with parameters in real time to see pricing quotes - and the software makes suggestions (e.g. 'you can get 8 boards at the same price') when submitting your order.

I haven't used it yet - but may well do so soon!

I use Seeed Studio Fusion for PCB prototype - the price for 10 pcs of 10cmx10cm 2 layer boards can be as low as $9.9

Check out PCB Shopper. You can enter you desired size, number of layers, soldermask and silkscreen and playing requirements, min feature sizes, etc, and it will get you quotes from a wide range of PCB outfits. They also have moderated reviews, so you can get a good idea what you can expect.
