Help please - Adding true bypass to a Boss BF-2

OK, I actually have mounted a Boss BF-2 Flanger in a new Hammond box, did the "always on" mod and hooked up a real stomp switch to it. I get bypassed signal but I can't get any signal when I click the footswitch back, just silence.  I'm thinking I don't have the "effect in" lead hooked up. Does anyone know which wire it is? Maybe one of the original switch wires?  I'm also taking pics as I go as it seems a few people (like me) want Boss effects with a real mechanicl switch. Thanks for any help.

Thanks anyway guys, I figured it out. Thanks to Mark Hammers site and JPLAUDIO for their sites with so much useful information that allowed even an idiot like me to do an always on mod, and install a "real" stompbox switch in a re- housed Boss Flanger!! Thanks!!
