My re-housed, true bypassed Boss flanger is about done. It works, the led works and it sounds and looks great but a couple weird things happened. I had to use electricians tape to completely isolate the output jack from the Hammond box in order for the "effected" signal to work. And I'm also picking up some radio interference. But when I plug directly into the amp, no radio. Any ideas?

you're grouding is messed up.

Try either checking over all your wiring and making sure there's one common ground...

OR...

isolate the INPUT jack with electrical tape and NOT the output jack. This might help with the radio interference.

However, it's more likely that it's being picked up by the PCB and components themselves. Make sure it's in a well sheilded box and that the sheilding is properly connected to the circuit ground.

it sounds to me you might be using positive switching on the imput jack, instead of negative, thereby crossing the + and - if the output isn't isolated.  just a thought...
