Bass Preamp + Headphone Amp + DI

well the time has come to start building some more toys,

I am looking at using the albert kreuzer bass preamp, and then adding a headphone amp for silent practicing and a di so I can plug straight in at church,

any suggestions for a headphone amp and DI circuits that i could place at the end of this circuit,
