That "active plug" system looks excellent.
Though with several Mohms of input impedance a 1n cap would be as good as a 100n, but a lot smaller (physically).  Also, a 2.2M or 3.3M grounding resistor would pick up less noise than a 10M (thanks RG for highlighting that in a thread a while back).
