icl7660's working (as good as 1044's)

Hi,
   When experimenting with icl7660's I came up with this one. Probably has a couple of design errors and the board isn't good. It's a buffered inverter oscillator driving two 7660's in a sorta push-pull fashion. Built it, works great, has enough current 4 me. You can go down with the frequency (with the 10k and 820pF it's 55kHZ, but remember that the ripples are HALF of that freq.). Built it, works flawlessly. used parts of the neutronIII schematic (filtering, probably not required, but better safe than pissed off) and the datasheet.

didn't actually say what's it for: converting 9V to +9V and -9V or 9V to 18V. If you can't open the .ps files here is a file with pdf's:
