lpb2 question...

i've build lpb2 on perfboard and it worked perfectly. now i decided to move it to pcb and i've noticed i still getting sound even when the battery is not plugged... i'm not sure if it worked the same way when it was on perfboard, so i'm not sure if i've done anything wrong on the pcb... i've checked a lot of times and doesn't seem to be anything wrong... it's that normal??  :?
i'm not using any switching so that can't be a problem... i've also checked wiring and it's fine..!! i really don't understand... i've removed the transistor and there was no sound anymore, so it seems to be doing something, but it should even without power supply??

I think you should get next to nothing ot nothing without PS connected.
 Has to be a wiring error or something else...

Try a different transistor and see if that changes anything... I hop you used a socket
