I played a gig last night and used the MosFace, cause it does such a great job...except for 'breaker 1-9'...only at the end of a song after the big end chord 'smash'...CB dude breaks in LOUD...for the most part just a bit noisy, not too abnaxious...
I should try something before tonights gig to try to squelch the RF.
I figure an cap from input to ground is probably the best method [?]
And won't put the value [.001uf] as a good starting point to reject RF and retain highs.
What value cap are/would you be using for that position?...I need to make a trip for the little buggar, and want to just put it in there and try it at the gig...no opportunity for high volume pre-esting...I want to hit close to the 'right' value without retweeking...if possible.
So...[LSS]...what value cap would you use for RF rejection in a FF at input.
Also any other suggestions would be welcomed !!!
A  bit of HF rollof would be acceptable.

For any RF that's creeping in thru your guitar cable you can try a simple low-pass filter at the input, for example a 1k/4.7nF combo (corner freq. > 20kHz).

What about ferrite beads?

What about ferrite beads?
A solution I'd fogotten about and have never tried.
I threw in a little cap from input to ground, couldn't tell it was there on the test rig at low volume, be interesting to see what that does. I started with a 100pf and went to .001uf.
So I wonder, if RS carrys Ferrite beads.
Upon inspection I found a 4401 and a 2n7000 is what I had in there.
Really is a great stage Fuzz, then the Supreaux for added UMPhh.
 Wah, SS, reverb pedal.
Between the FF guitar gain rolloff and the Supreaux, getting the gain set right for parts is really nice.

I visited the RS website and typed in 'ferrite beads' and found 7 types.
Anyone familiar with these that can suggest a type for me?
