LAser printer help

Ok,I have successfully installed the "new" laser printer and printed a page with PCBs.
Everything is cool,had to search for a driver that worked(it's an older IBM Lexmark).
The page is cristal clear except that it has a faint smudge across the center,barely visible but undesireable.
How can I prevent that?,clean the roller or something?,how tos welcome.

Cleaned the roller and it improved.
