Can I substitute a 68 ohm resistor for the 62 ohm resistor on Q3 in the matchbox (from R.O.G.)?

What would happen if I used 4.7M resistors in place of the 5.1M resistors in the tone control?

I just want to use up the resistors I have, but I'll get the proper values if it will significantly affect the way the circuit performs.

I don't think these value's will change the circuit that much, try it and see, and remember you can alway's tie 2 resistor's together to get said value.

SIXTY TWO OHM TO SIXTY EIGHT OHM WILL VERY SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN GAIN and tone
the tc resistors< i'm not so good at calculating< you can also change frEq resPonse by cAp valUE.

The circuit will perform correctly with those substitutions.  I actually used 4M7 resistors during development and testing of the Matchbox.  I probably used a 68 ohm as well, since I don't remember ever having any 62 ohm on hand.

I should probably add a note about this to the article.
