does anyone know the specs for the power supplies for pedals made by:
DOD
BOSS
Digitech

and/or how i could make them using the wall warts available at allelectronics.com or any other site like that.[/b]

I RuN MY BosS RV3 off a 9v 3OO mA. wall wart alA radio shack.
 when using 'offbrand' ww>>> chEck that the polarity is correct< and that the volTAge IS not too high....mEasuRe the volTAgE WithA dmm
 geo has the 'REal' power suPPly articlE: 'spyder', WE 'should' all have at least one of these...lol.

ok, how do i make sure polarity is correct?

take your DVM and put the black probe on the Barrel, put your red probe in the Barrel, it will read positive + on your meter if it's a positive power supply, if it read's neg - then it's negitive. this will also tell you the voltage, and without a load it will probably read 12 or 14 volt's. some i've seen will read 9 volt,
