OT: where to post build reviews?

I built a dud: Dr. Quack (two actually, both failed the same). I made the PCBs from a layout that says "R G Keen" on it that I downloaded from GeneralGuitarGadgets (I think there is more than one, so I'm specifying). I'd like to warn others to save them the frustration and money. I've seen things like this posted here and in the 'reviews' section. Is either place appropriate?

Perhaps you made a simple mistake, twice in a row.  If you describe the symptoms, somebody might be able to help you.

You're right. I am very, very far from perfect. I'll try to get some voltage readings and such to post so someone can help me troubleshoot.

I haven't put any switches on it yet. It's wired direct.
