Wah problem

I just bought a Wah (enclosure says JIMI HENDRIX), but PCB reads "ECB-25e". It has no true bypass and has a standard 47k pot (which works well I tested the resistance).

The problem is: There is no swing in the tone when I rock the pedal. There is always the same "AH", not the "WH" ;-)
I mean, the resonance point doesn't change. Can it be the inductor is broken?

47k pot? I thought the JH wahs came with a 470k pot.

That's the same rev board I have, but it's not the Hendrix model.  Has no true bypass (yet) and no input buffer.  I'm just waiting for my switch to arrive to make it true bypass and am also going to do the voice mod.

That sounds like a problem with the pot.  If the inductor is open circuit, you get a volume effect instead of wah.
