Slightly OT: Spice model for Vactrol

Does anybody have a Spice model for a Vactrol or a similar LED/LDR combo? If not, how hard is it to write a model for such a device?

Found it at LTSpice yahoo forum in the files section. Now I just have to learn how it works since it needs a little tweaking to get closer to the specifications of VTL5C3.
