World Power Systems has some Fairchild and Motorola specification
sheets from the 1960s posted on its web site.

The Fairchild data includes RTL, DTL, CSL (current-sinking logicâ€"an
alternative term for emitter-coupled logic, ECL), and some primitive
TTL.

The Motorola data includes an application note on how to design
tuned RF IC amplifiers.

Neat site! (some of it I've seen elsewhere on the web though). Have some of those ancient MECL logic chips here from the mid-60's (gold-plated cans with leads) - nice to see that some info still exists.
