I'd like to know if they can sound as LM308s for a RAT circuit???
Actually I don't even know what kind of opamp they are...
Ohh no, looks like they are "internally" frequency compensated... :?
Thanks

Well, LM307/207/107 are all drop in replacements for 741's, but they are lower noise, and all in all better opamps. LM108/208/308's are all Insanely high presicion, and are specialized opamps. I would not want to switch these around.

Ah, does that mean that the Rat distortion is high precision?

dunno it says: "The LM108/208/308 series operational amplifiers have the specifications a factor of ten better than FET amplifiers..." That and lots of other little things make it seem bettter.

LM307s are cool, but not in the *totally* quiet category of NE5534, TL072, LM308, etc.
