1N60A in MXR Distortion+ ?

I wanted to hear if anyone installed these on his Dist+, I had way too many diodes there and the board is pretty close to being dead (can't MXR spend like $0.50 more to make good quality bords?) so I don't want to swap diodes again...

Nope but 1n34's ... Both are Ge diodes and should be PD close in tone...according to recent polls lol...
 Dist + is a pretty easy build, and can use sockets for diode testing...I'm using the GE's...actually one direction of clipping is an NTE158, but also I use the Saturation Control for clipping control.... the "twangy bite' one.
