Greetings:

I built this using a 300ma transformer and a LM317T regulator. It will run a bunch of stuff with virtually no sag or noise. I thought I'd post some pics before it gets beat up. I also used the DC jacks I got from Weber.

Nice build Ricky !
Any problems to run 5/6 stompers ? I guess its just the milliamps rated on each pedal that causes a limit ?

Cheers,
Marty.

I plugged 5 stomps and a dual Ruby amp into this one without a problem. If you wanted a more powerful supply you could just use a bigger transformer like a 1amp or something. 300ma was all I needed. The new Smallbear high-power Smallwart is only 200ma. I also wanted it all to fit in a 1590S box, so that was part of my reasoning behind using a 300ma tranny. I guess those flatpack transformers would allow you to use a larger value in a small space but they're pretty $$$.
