i was wondering if anyone had caught this error on the parts list it says to buy a 3900pf ceramic capacitor

http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/bom/bmpbm.txt

and in the parts layout diagram it says it is a .0039pf capacitor?

If you look closely, you'll see that the layout says .0039uF.

.0039uF and 3900pF are the same.

Yowsers!! Is there such a beast?!?!

3.9 femtofarads... that's 0.0000000000000039 farads or 3.9 quadrillionths of a farad!!

(by the definition I use, a quadrillionth is a million billionths.)
