Cheers for the kind words Mark as always your a voice with wisdom, I agree the mahogany is nice to work with it gave me no problems at all. And my foot does love the sloped frount.

How did you form the sheet metal? Please say hammer and countertop!

got it in one   also a jigsaw to cut the metal to shape.

for those who asked
the diodes are in the heat strink, the big blocks to the right of the ic are full of Vintage Mojo, i found a supplyer and they are......... nar there caps!!

And the printing, is not T-shirt transfers, Its Avery Laser lables, then clear coat over the top. I did all the design in Photoshop, then printed it out on to a big sticker and put it on the box, a good few coats of clear coat, and a a quick buff with a buffer and it was done. Can be trickier than it sounds but im getting the hang of it now.
