I'm searching a effect which sound like a reverse tape reberb.
In fact a effect which reverse the notes with slow gear(soften the attack like violins) and inhale sound.

Simplest way to do it in the analog domain is to apply a slow attack noise gate like a BOSS Slow Gear or PAiA Gator to the wet signal of a reverb and mix it back in with the dry signal.  The idea is that the reverb is gradually faded in then chopped with each passing musical event.
