What's an envwah?

Is an envwah called something else?  I;ve only seen it in two places and I'd like to make the effect for my bass.

I've seen it here:

I've tried Guitar FX Pro with my bass and I like the smooth sound of the envwah.

So, for bass, what would be a good circuit to look into?

I'd really like something that has just as much control as the EnvWah in Guitar FX.

I take it then the 'Env' in 'EnvWah' means envelope?
