SMT low gain NPN transistors

Anyone know of any Low Gain NPN SMT transistors? I'm looking for gains between 70 and 120.

they make normal 2n3904 in SMT packages...

I haven't been able to find real low gain 2n3904's. Most of them are between an hfe of 150 to 200.

oh really? The bacth I got (through hole) all had hFE's centered around 120 - give or take about 10. Whats the unit of gain, does it have one?

Just about every common transistor is avalible in a SMT package including the 2369 which seems to be popular for Q1s in FFs.
