I've seen about 3 layouts of the DOD 250 O.D. and my question has to do with the resistor that sets the bias for the Op Amp. I've seen both 470K and 1M used. Is either acceptable? I'm trying to build one with Panasonic caps and metal film 1% resistors but can't find any 470K, 1/4w in my area. Can I just sub the 1M? I have that already. Thanks for any help.

Use two 1M in parallel, about 500K.
I think there is no difference at all in sound.
