where/what Rebote's PT2399 chips?

hi,bought the parts reaDY to build the rebote pedal. but my place here do not have the pt2399 chip,
so is there an alternative chip?
Pls help, i really want to build this....

As far as I know there's no replacement chip Small Bear has them but they're on vacation now... don't know where else to get it but maybe someone here knows
