Ok here it goes bear with me here. I might have to draw a pic and post it to make sure, and you can tell me the changes. But....

I was thinking of building a box(fuzz face) with with three different transistor selections. Silicon(hot), hybrid (mid) germ(mild).

I want to be able to use the same pots, I have a bias pot set up to adjust for the different trannies. I have a rotary switch that changes input cap values. I also have a tone(mid boost/cut) knob, fuzz, and level.

Now would I wire the trannies to a 4dpt toggle? Like an on , on ,on switch? Is that a 4dpt? Or a 2 pole 6 position rotary?

I was also thinking of experimenting with clipping diodes, that would be accessable by way on a simple on or of switch. What part of the circuit do I route to the diodes? After the 8.2k bias resistor, or in this case the bias pot?

Thanks
