Looking for 1/4" DPST female jack

I'm trying to gather all the parts that I'll need to build my own AP-7 Clone.  In the Schematic it shows that the input jack is a DPST type jack.

Anyone know where I can get one?  I've looked in Mouser, Swichcraft, and the Net in general, and can't find a scheme that matches.

 DPST...I think htat's a switch...[?]

Altronics in Australia have a stereo version
They are very easy to convert to Mono (if you think its that important)

link to schem?  my guess is it's a stereo jack or a closed circuit jack
