DOD FX 25 Envelope Filter

Hi,


I'm thinking about building this envelope filter to use it with my bass guitar (to get that auto-wah bass sound of Red Hot Chili Peppers's Flea).

I found a schematic on the net but unfortunately I can't find the page anymore and I don't have any webspace to upload it.

Did someone already build this pedal? (I know that DOD pedals are quite cheap so you might say that I should rather buy it, but I prefer DIY as it allows me to modify the pedal to fit my needs)

Hi,

thanks for the links, but I am talking about the FX25 Envelope Filter, not the 440. I think the 440 is an older one. The FX25 is the envelope currently avaible by DOD (actually the FX25B, which adds a blend control).

The circuit of the FX25 doesn't have an LDR in it, just 2 ICs.
