Menatone pedal cases design

Hey everybody!
I'm currently drooling over how smart did the Menatone guys get away with painting-labelling their boxes.
Question is - what do they use?
It looks like some sort of printed adhesive tranfer, like peel and stick kinda thing.
Anyone knows what they use?

The ones that I have are all just silkscreened on the top - two colors, one for the background and then the lettering over that.
